| Five miles from the Columbia River ,atop the "Horse Heaven Hills" AVA( Washington States 7th designated American Viticultural Area), Chateau Champoux ( owned and operated by Paul & Judy Champoux) focuses on informative vineyard tours and tasting premium Washington State Wines. Tour " Champoux Vineyards" and see some of Washingtons oldest and sought after Cabernet, planted in 1972. Walk the rows of the vineyard, taste the elegant wines. Our retail shop and tasting room offers a wide selection of excellent wines from several Washington & Pacific NW wineries upon availability. Among these wines are Andrew Will, Powers, Woodward Canyon, and Quilceda Creek. All wines in our shop are produced from "Champoux Vineyards" grapes, with many giving vineyard designation. |

| Chateau Champoux is located SW of Tri-Cities, WA. APPROX. 60 MINUTE DRIVE and SW of Prosser, WA. APPROX. 45 MINUTE DRIVE. We are off Hwy 14 W. along the Columbia River, 20 Miles past Paterson, WA. 5 miles past Crow Butte Park, turn right just after milepost 150 on Alderdale/Mabton Rd. Drive approximatley 5 miles up the canyon on Alderdale Rd.,turn right at Champoux Vineyard & Chateau Champoux sign. Follow Vineyard road to the Chateau Coming from the West on Hwy 14, turn left on Alderdale/Mabton Rd., just after milepost 149. |

Relax atop the "Horse Heaven Hills AVA" , enjoy the artfully prepared food by "Castle Catering", savor the wines by some of Washington's top wine makers and linger over our special Port & Chocolate at evenings end. 7 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres 8 p.m. Dinner $165 per couple Limited seating order early September 13, 2008 4th Annual " Chateau Champoux Grape Stomp" 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets: $45 per person includes: Entry into the stomp contest, complimentary stomp t-shirt, BBQ lunch & wine tasting. Non-stompers $35 per person includes: BBQ lunch, wine tasting and chearing rights. Come join the fun for our 4th Annual Grape Stomp Event.
